How to use Ultra Sleep Pouches?Updated 2 months ago

Place one pouch in your mouth 10-20 minutes before bed. Let it sit, swallow your saliva, and remove the pouch before falling asleep. Do not swallow the pouch.

For best results, use the 2-pouch method:

  • Pouch 1: 1-2 hours before bed to start winding down
  • Pouch 2: 10-30 minutes before you want to fall asleep

Most users feel calmer and more relaxed within 5-10 minutes. Ingredients release gradually over 30-60 minutes.

Tips: Dim lights and reduce screens 30-60 minutes before bed. Keep your room cool (65-68°F). Use at the same time every night for best results.

Ultra Sleep is designed for nightly use. It does not build tolerance. We do not recommend it for daytime naps as melatonin supports your nighttime sleep-wake cycle specifically.
